Good location close to the Metro, but also easy walking into the central areas. Spacious well equipped bedroom with very comfortable bed, good shower, and very welcome tea and coffee making facilities. Bedroom did not face the road, so was nice and quiet with no traffic noise. No gluten free options available so we did not eat at the hotel but were recommended the Negra Café nearby, with excellent, good value food.

the staff were superb. very friendly and helpful the rooms were comfortable and clean breakfast timing and quality suited us perfectly although the location was not exactly central it was conveniently situated for the metro

For a continental breakfast the choices available was good. Staff is superb - professional, personable and extremely helpful.

Excellent location 5 minutes from Trindade station, 10-15 minutes downhill walk to main center. Room was modern, well sized, clean, comfortable beds. Bathroom and shower are well sized too. One downside is the A/C is turned off for the winter so we opened a window, there were some loud seagulls outside our window that interrupted our sleep. Aside from that everything else was great.

The hotel is in a great location to see the main sights, and it's very close to the Trindade Metro that links with all Metro lines, including the airport. The hotel is very clean and the staff are super nice!

The location is ok, and the breakfast is decent if you don’t have any restrictions. Don’t expect vegan options, dairy free milk or butter, or that type of details.

Nice big room with a view. The room was big and comfortable. Very close to the metro station that goes to the airport.

Staff very pleasant, nothing too much trouble. Food and drinks always available , good choice of breakfast. Bedroom bright and airy, great shower.
